There is a 3 day minimum stay on all Holiday and Parent Weekends at Bass' Hancock House. A 50% deposit is required at time of reservation. We accept Visa or MasterCard only. A $25.00 cancellation fee is charged on all cancellations. A 10 day notice is required for cancellations. Guests canceling their reservation within 10 days of check-in forfeit their 50% deposit. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in are charged the full amount of the reservation. Cancellations are honored only after a 10 day period from the time the reservation deposit was received. All rates are subject to New York State sales tax of 8%.

Lodge rates & Terms for Bass' Mountaintop Cabins and Cabins at The French Woods Golf & X-Ski Resort. There is a minimum stay of 2 nights. 3 nights on Holiday & Parent weekends.
